Ab sofort kannst Du f\u00fcr ein Handy-Foto ins Gef\u00e4ngnis kommen, es drohen bis zu 2 Jahre Haft!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8222;UPSKIRTING&#8220;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Das ist der englische Begriff f\u00fcr <em>&#8222;unten den Rock fotografieren&#8220;<\/em>. Und ab heute ist das endlich strafbar! Wer heimlich so ein Bild von einer Frau macht, muss mindestens mit einer Geldstrafe rechnen. Aber auch Knast ist m\u00f6glich. Betroffene Frauen k\u00f6nnen au\u00dferdem die sofortige L\u00f6schung der Fotos, Schadenersatz und eine Geldentsch\u00e4digung verlangen.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher wurde <em>&#8222;Upskirting&#8220;<\/em> nur dann als Straftat geahndet, wenn ein T\u00e4ter die Frau ber\u00fchrt oder zus\u00e4tzlich beleidigt und erniedrigt. Das ist jetzt anders!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>UNFALL-FOTOS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Der offizielle neue Paragraf im deutschen Gesetzbuch bestraft jetzt au\u00dferdem Fotos von Toten, etwa an einer Unfall-Stelle auf der Autobahn.
