Bei der Untersuchung von diversen Leberwurst-Sorten wurden Hepatitis-Viren gefunden. Aber: Eine akute Hepatitis E macht auch einen schweren Krankheitsverlauf m\u00f6glich. Hierbei wird vor allem die Leber angegriffen, was sogar zu einer chronische Leberzirrhose f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>HERSTELLER REAGIEREN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Viren werden\u00a0normalerweise\u00a0bei einer Temperatur \u00fcber 70 Grad nach 20 Minuten inaktiviert.
