Doch die Krise zeigt auch, wer VORHER schon Fehler im System hatte. Besonders w\u00e4hrend der Schlie\u00dfungen im Fr\u00fchjahr\u00a0halbierte sich die t\u00e4gliche Lernzeit der Sch\u00fcler \u2013 von 7,4 Stunden auf 3,6 Stunden.
